PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING

Gains by JC Gym offers personal training sessions with experienced trainers and fellow weightlifters.  Jump in on a set with anyone in our gym during your workout or schedule a training session with the director.  He will work specifically around your own personal fitness goals and fitness level.  We take all aspects of your life and goals into consideration to help you be successful.

GAINS BY JC FIT CLUB

 Try our Gains by JC Fit Club class with other like minded individuals to boosts your probability of prolonged success and health.  We hold small cross fit classes and boot camp style sessions several times each week.  We even travel with our trailer and equipment to different locations in our fit club outreach program including places such as the VA, rehab facilities and local churches.

INJURY REHABILITATION

Injuries occur at all aspects of life regardless of your fitness level or experience.  Many disabled vets and athletes visit our gym to change their routine or rehab a particular injury.  We can help get you back on track and feeling like yourself again in no time thru exercise and prayer.

DIET AND NUTRITION

Proper nutrition is the single most important part of any workout regimen.  If you need assistance with a healthy nutrition plan or just plain advice, we can help.  Regular exercise and a solid diet is the key to success when training and/or bodybuilding.  Your body is a temple; you must feed it to grow.  You can also check out Gregg’s very own sports nutrition company Gainz 247 Performance or his mobile nutrition store called BNM Nutrition Co.  www.bnmnutrition.com www.gainz247.net
